Comment: hi...i have been doing pushups,squat and skipping for almost 3 months..but dont see much effect.I do 15 pushups in one set and five such sets in a session.I take a pause of 1 sec between each pushups..and try to make it hard and not just increase the no of pushups.

How much time you think is sufficent to show its effect.
